Adria consortium for the development, consulting and business services as an informal structure of the joint experts has been formed and brings together a defined number of independent professionals, entrepreneurs, business leaders and other professionals, it also covers all areas related to the development and implementation of projects as well as all related functions.
Functioning Conception of the consortium:
The intention is to connect the consortium members that are competent to carry out certain business segments from the areas of consortium activity, primarily development, to create an interdisciplinary team that will be able to realise even the most complicated products on the market, as well as less complicated products in each segment.
In this sense, we are ready to perform the following tasks:
– identification of projects and tasks (existing or new projects) from concept to realisation
– assessment of the status of the project or idea, the assessment of the realities, problems, dynamics, etc.
– marketing assessment for projects
– economic and financial evaluation of the project idea to realisation
– all legal affairs and issues related to implementation of projects
– physical planning issues and documentation of physical planning as well as everything related to it
– other planning documents related to the development of the project (assessment and development)
– project design/planning and supervision jobs
– Project Management Jobs
– Assistance in finding investors, business partners, linking the interests of partners, etc.
– Lobbying jobs
– finding contractors and equipment for the development of projects
